I chose this hotel for a conference and was pleased to find a ceiling fan and an iron/ironing board in the room. It made my stay more comfortable and convenient.

The only service I missed for my work was a printer or business center. It would have been helpful to have access to printing facilities for my business documents.

The location is perfect, right in the city center, allowing us to easily explore every corner of Thessaloniki. the rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with guidance and assistance throughout our stay. the fast and reliable wifi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected with ease. We would definitely choose Ornament Suites for our future travels. Cons: Nothing, all was good. 👍.

The apartments at Ornament Suites are incredibly comfortable and cozy. I loved the equipped kitchen and the living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen in each apartment is well-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave. It made it easy for me to prepare my own meals as a vegetarian/vegan guest. The complimentary wireless internet access was a great perk that allowed me to stay connected during my stay. The bathrooms in the apartments are clean and modern, with showers and bidets. I really appreciated having an equipped kitchen in each unit. It made it convenient for me to cook my own meals and accommodate my dietary preferences. The suite I stayed in had a tea/coffee maker, which was a nice touch for a caffeine lover like me. The soundproofing in the suite ensured a peaceful and quiet stay. Having an oven in the suite was a big plus for me as I enjoy baking and cooking more elaborate dishes. The suite also had a toaster, which made breakfast time easy and convenient. The air conditioning in the suite was a lifesaver during the hot days in Thessaloniki.

Personally, I would have preferred a vegan/vegetarian restaurant on-site, but others might still enjoy the nearby dining options.

The suite is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. It is close to restaurants, cafes, and landmarks, ensuring convenience during your stay. the rooms are modern and well, equipped with amenities like free Wi, Fi, 4K TV with Netflix, and a kitchenette. the hostess is helpful and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience.

There was an off, putting smell at the building entrance, but it didn't affect the actual suite or the hostess's efforts.

Communication with the management was exceptional - detailed yet easy instructions, prompt responses. Everything a couple needs: spacious, equipped kitchen, big TV, nice bathroom, nice design. Good internet. Cafés and food places right in front.

Always choosing this place, no regrets. Found my lost necklace on my first stay. Perfect for me, has everything: Free Wi-Fi, kitchen with microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster. Also, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, cots, wheelchair access. Coming back for New Year.

The lighting was SUPER, making us feel safe and secure. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lack of noise from neighboring apartments made it nice and quiet. The proximity to taxi and bus stations was a bonus. a fantastic and convenient stay.

The location of this place is fantastic, within walking distance to a port, and I had a comfortable stay.

Broken showerhead, universal TV remote confusion, temperamental AC, late and cold breakfast. Nothing that a posh lady like me can't handle!
